Instructions

  1. Select the campaign you wish to create a keyword for by clicking the Manage button from your list of campaigns on the campaign dashboard.
  2. Click the Settings icon in the campaign navigation bar in the top right hand corner of your campaign home screen, then click on General.
  3. Enter the email addresses you'd like to use for each specific type of email alert. If you want to add more than one email address to receive a specific email alert, simply separate each email address by a comma, and a space. So if you wanted three emails to receive the alerts, it would look like this: derek@tatango.com, ray@tatango.com, joe@tatango.com
  4. When finished, click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.

Email Alert Types

  • Summary: Gives you a daily email of all new subscribers and unsubscribes. 
  • One-by-One: You can receive email alerts every time a customer subscribes or unsubscribes from your campaign 

Additional Notes

  • If you're looking to change the email address for your entire account, click here.
  • Daily digest emails are processed around 8AM each and every day based on your account timezone, and will come from support@tatango.com.

    Hey Michael, you can definitely have multiple email addresses for these alerts. To do this, just separate each email by a comma, and a space. So if you wanted to add three email addresses to an alert, it would look something like this: derek@tatango.com, jim@tatango, ray@tatango.com

    Are you able to add multiple email addresses to the daily digest email (e.g. comma separated)?  I'd like to have 3 people review the list of new subscribers.
