- Select the campaign where the message you'd like to view replies for is stored by clicking the Manage button from your list of campaigns on the campaign dashboard.
- Click the Messaging icon in the campaign navigation bar in the top right hand corner of your campaign homescreen.
- Below the green New Message button, you'll see a link that says Sent, click on that link. This is where all your sent messages are stored.
- Find the message you want to view replies for, and click the View Report button for that specific message.
- Scroll down the bottom of the message report and you'll see a section titled Responses Received, this is where all your subscriber replies will be stored.
- After opt-in messages that are sent to new subscribers are currently not enabled to accept subscriber replies, sorry.
